Experience in the food industry and temp service a plus. We currently have 11 offices across the country and projected to open 4 more locations in 2019. Base pay up to $60,000 plus bonus potential of up $15,000 a year. Bonus is paid monthly and another bonus quarterly.

Manages all phases of branch operations. Responsibilities include staffing (including recruitment and training), development of business opportunities such as targeting large clients, establishment and maintenance of key client relationships, monitoring and delivery of customer service, advertising and public relations (including the development of industry and brand awareness), understanding of company operations, setting of client rates, and assistance with budget planning. Ensures high degree of client satisfaction by interpreting, developing, and executing work plans to satisfy client staffing requirements.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Setup and development of community partners
  • Accepting and approving of new or large job orders
  • Approval of weekly payroll and invoicing
  • Customer Service - Account management and issue resolution
  • New Account paperwork, credit checks and setup in system
  • Prospecting and marketing for new business accounts
  • Conduct cold call, sales meetings and presentations
  • Accounts receivable is kept up with timely
  • Scheduling the office activities (check-ins, client visits, on-call coverage, off-site recruiting)
  • Accident procedures and file management
  • Order of supplies for the branch
  • On-call coverage as necessary
  • Visiting customers
  • Utilization of Ctl-A for documenting all necessary communication
  • Checking in of staff as necessary
  • Facilitates weekly office update meeting
  • Handling workplace injuries as necessary

Management Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting hourly staff
  • Proper hiring, onboarding and compliance of new staff
  • Job order fulfillment
  • Tempsplus is updated daily
  • Warboard and ETCW is updated daily
  • IQN’s data is updated daily
  • Payroll and invoice processes
  • IQN and other VMS billing is up to date and accurate

Example Schedule:

  • Monday thru Friday office hours
  • This position starts and ends the day in the office
  • Typical office time is 60% with balance for sales calls, cold calls, client visits, check-ins & off-site recruiting
  • Carry “on-call” cell phone: As part of the management rotation
