Our client is a privately owned full service restaurant group with multiple brands. They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.

A Culinary Degree is preferred, Scratch Kitchen background is required. 

Basic Responsibilities Include
  • Expediting, ordering, food costing, menu development/management/execution
  • Interviewing and hiring/development/training/evaluation/relations/scheduling staff
  • Managing inventory and waste
  • Managing equipment performance and chemicals management
  • Managing budget costs
  • Engaging appropriate guest interaction and relationship development
  • Participating in community events
  • Performing tasks and entering data in systems utilizing basic computer knowledge
