Our client is a privately owned full service restaurant group with multiple brands. They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
A Culinary Degree is preferred, Scratch Kitchen background is required.
Basic Responsibilities Include
- Expediting, ordering, food costing, menu development/management/execution
- Interviewing and hiring/development/training/evaluation/relations/scheduling staff
- Managing inventory and waste
- Managing equipment performance and chemicals management
- Managing budget costs
- Engaging appropriate guest interaction and relationship development
- Participating in community events
- Performing tasks and entering data in systems utilizing basic computer knowledge
