Job Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Excellent stamina and agility to navigate crowded and fast-paced environments.
Hiring Essentials:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Captain required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent Critical thinking and Leadership skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
