Job Description

As a Concession Stand Attendant, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, serving concessions, and ensuring a positive experience for event attendees. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during events.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and serve concession items, including snacks, beverages, and other offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize workspaces, kitchen equipment and public area as required.
- Maintain inventory levels, promptly reporting shortages.

Job Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Requires significant walking and the ability to work in a standing position for 8-hour shifts.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment during events.
- Manual dexterity for handling items and preparing concessions.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Hiring Essentials:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of concession stand operations is desirable.
- Possess a minimum of one year of recent experience in a food service role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable and consistent transportation.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
