DO YOU HAVE AT LEAST SIX MONTHS TO ONE (1) year OF EXPERIENCE AS A COOK IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY?
CALLING ALL MY WELL SEASONED COOKS TO THE FRONT LINE TO PRODUCE EXQUISITE MEALS. I AM LOOKING FOR SOME ONE DEPENDABLE, TIMELY, INNOVATIVE, A TEAM PLAYER AND MOST OF ALL SKILLS.
What you’ll do
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
- Comply with all policies and procedures for the Food and Beverage department
What you'll need
- Must be 18 or older
- Six months to one year experience
- Current finger prints/Registered with state Board
- 2 step TB TEST/Blood TB TEST
- Current physical
- Authorization to work in the US
- Food Safety & Sanitation Manager certificate
