Job Description

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, following dietary guidelines, portioning, and serving.
- Follow proper portion amounts and dietary guidelines in tray preparation.
- Handle dietary requests with sensitivity, ensuring attention to detail.
- Set up clean and organized dining areas for meal service.
- Serve meals to residents or clients courteously and respectfully.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate meal delivery.
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving carts.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of dietary supplies.
- Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor, including participation in maintaining cleanliness.

Job Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Lift, carry and balance trays with meals and dining supplies.
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Hiring Essentials:
- Proven experience as a Dietary Aide or a similar role required.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing client needs.
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
