Environmental Services Technicians (EVS) are responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and other facility maintenance activities in hospitals or healthcare spaces., playing a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in public areas, offices, and empty patient rooms.
• Monitor and replace hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
• Assist in linen room with inventory and delivering linen throughout the hospital.
• Preformed great customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Dispose of medical waste in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Respond promptly to spill and emergency cleanup requests.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to address specific cleaning needs.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols in all tasks.
