Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during events.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and serve concession items, including snacks, beverages, and other offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize workspaces, kitchen equipment and public area as required.
• Maintain inventory levels, promptly reporting shortages.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires significant walking and the ability to work in a standing position for 8-hour shifts.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
• Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment during events.
• Manual dexterity for handling items and preparing concessions.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Hiring Essentials:

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of concession stand operations is desirable.
• Possess a minimum of one year of recent experience in a food service role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable and consistent transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
