As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing first-rate customer service, ensuring seamless event execution, and contributing to the overall success of our catering services.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
• Greeting and assisting guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Monitor and respond to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent courses or events.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with post-event clean-up and storage of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Excellent stamina and agility to navigate crowded and fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.

Hiring Essentials:

• Proven experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing event dynamics.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
