Join our team as a Hotel Housekeeper at First Class Workforce Solutions, and play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties to uphold high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas.
• Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, cleaning glass and other surfaces/area as needed.
• Change bed linens and replace towels in accordance with hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms for guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to prioritize room cleaning and turnover.
• Adhere to hotel policies for cleanliness and guest interactions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
