Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
- Greeting and assisting guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Monitor and respond to guest needs to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for subsequent courses or events.
- Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with post-event clean-up and storage of equipment.

Job Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Excellent stamina and agility to navigate crowded and fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.
Hiring Essentials:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing event dynamics.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
