Seeking EVS Technicians!

Join our team as an Environmental Services Technician! Environmental Services Technicians (EVS) are responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and other facility maintenance activities in hospitals or healthcare spaces., playing a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are seeking individuals with strong attention to detail, recent experience, and a commitment to supporting healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in public areas, offices, and empty patient rooms.
• Monitor and replace hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
• Assist in linen room with inventory and delivering linen throughout the hospital.
• Preformed great customer service to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Dispose of medical waste in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Respond promptly to spill and emergency cleanup requests.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to address specific cleaning needs.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols in all tasks.
• Assist with periodic deep-cleaning projects as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires significant walking, standing, bending, and kneeling for 8-hour shifts.

Hiring Essentials:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Hospital Housekeeper or EVS Technician.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively and professionally in team environments.
• Must possess advanced knowledge of cleaning products, implements, and practices.
• Must be able to Navigate hospital facilities and equipment safely.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
