We are hiring for an enthusiastic and energetic On Site Supervisor to work at different events and sporting arenas in Washington, DC. Ideal candidate will have experience managing large groups of food service and hospitality staff. This includes checking employees in and out of the event, monitoring their job performance throughout the shift, ensuring proper uniforms and company policies are being adhered to and working closely with the management staff at the event and sporting locations. If you have experience banquet serving, bartending, cashiering, cooking, etc, you can guide the staff as they are performing these duties. These events take place on week days and weekends, nights and some shifts are very long. You are typically working outside and are always moving and on your feet.

This work will be performed at sports and entertainment facilities. That means that for this work:

• The shift is on your feet and requires lots of walking throughout the entire shift
• We work in outdoor and indoor environments so it can be cold, hot or rainy
• You may have to jump in and assist with concessions stands and kiosks

Our events usually have 100 or more people working at them so you will deal with all sorts of people and you must be able to stay positive and supportive when dealing with peoples issues
